GENERAL PRACTICE

Bluestone Family Medical centre is a Mixed billing clinic , We Bulk bill pensioners , health care card holders and children under 16 years old , Bulk Billing also available at the doctor discretion (ask receptionist for details)

We charge 65$ for Level B services  (commonest services in General Practice) , enquire at receptionist or call 03 93972800 to know the fee for other consultation items , procedures , reports , pre employment medicals , ..etc

PHYSIOTHERAPIST

We bulk bill patients under EPC Care plan to see our Physiotherpaist (Jason) so no out of pocket expenses if you have a chronic disease with Team Care Arrangement plan in place (item 723) and a valid referral but ensure to bring these paperwork with you.

Otherwise we charge 60$ for initial visit to see our Physiotherapist while 50$ for any subsequent visits.

Many private health funds offer rebates to varying degrees.

DIABETIC EDUCATIOR

We bulk bill patients under EPC Care plan to see our Credentialed Diabetic Eductor (Lisa) so no out of pocket expenses if you have a chronic disease with Team Care Arrangement plan in place (item 723) and a valid referral but ensure to bring these paperwork with you.

Otherwise we charge 60$ for initial visit to see our CDE while 50$ for any subsequent visits.
